These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Cheyenne, Wyoming.

- Agency Services: We provide AI-driven design and development services. Service terms, including deliverables and payment, are outlined in separate client agreements. In case of conflict, the client agreement prevails over these Terms.
- Talent Hub: We may outsource tasks to trusted contractors. We are not liable for contractor errors, but we ensure quality through oversight.
- Blog: Our blog provides informational content and may include affiliate links. See our Affiliate Disclosure for details.
- Intellectual Property
- Our Content: All website and blog content (e.g., designs, text, code, articles) is owned by Modulair Studio or its licensors and protected by copyright law. You may not use it without permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.
- User Content: You retain ownership of content you provide (e.g., blog comments, project specs). You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and store it for service delivery or blog moderation.
- Client Content: You retain ownership of content you provide for projects. You grant us a license to use it to deliver services.
- Affiliate Links
- Our blog may contain affiliate links, meaning we may earn a commission for purchases made through these links at no additional cost to you. For details, see our Affiliate Disclosure.
- Limitation of Liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, our services and blog are provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability to paying clients is limited to amounts paid to us in the past 12 months. For non-paying users (e.g., blog visitors), our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
